Accounts information located in various spreadsheets which lacked cohesion, organisation and clarity. The Director was involved in producing the accounts and he identified a need for a better accounts structure and greater input from their current accountant.

Goal:
Provide a tailor-made solution that could easily and quickly solve their accountancy issues.

Solution:
Astley Hire moved accountancy systems to Sollertia

• Use Sollertia’s credit control management system
• Re-train internal accounting staff on the new accounting systems
• Internal accounting staff remained in control of Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger
